If a video file is not displaying correctly, this may be for the following reasons:
If you do not have the correct Adobe Flash Player Plugin installed on your system, you can download it here.
In a few cases the area where your video should appear stays blank.
If this happens try downloading the latest version.
Some browsers (such as Firefox) list the installed components under “Tools” --> “Settings” --> “Manage”.
Adobe Flash Player should be listed here.
With very slow Internet connections it can take a while to download the video.
As an alternative we can provide the videos in the form of an MPG file. To see this video, right-click on the link labelled (MPG) and select “save target as”. You can then start to view the film from the file saved on your hard disk.
